Before becoming a co-founder of Companion Software, Silvestru was responsible for managing service delivery to multiple client accounts, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction. Most recently as Senior Delivery Manager he was focusing on definition & execution of the business development strategy and improvements of Software Development Life Cycle.
